Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Paraxis Console (the "Service"), operated by Manyu Space Systems Pvt. Ltd. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring your members comply.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Upload or process data subject to export-control restrictions — for example ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data, or data controlled under applicable Indian export law — unless you have independently verified that the Service and its hosting jurisdictions are authorized. The beta Service is not designed for controlled technical data.
  • Upload malware or malicious code, or use the Service to distribute it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts or organizations, or the Company's infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without prior written permission. If you find a vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@paraxis.space instead.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Scrape the Service, resell or sublicense access to it, or provide access to third parties outside your organization without our consent.
  • Share account credentials or transfer beta invitations without our consent.
  • Misuse AI features, including attempting to extract other customers' data, generate unlawful content, or circumvent the review-and-apply safeguards on AI-originated changes.

2. Content standards

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts or organizations that violate this policy, remove offending content, and, where required, notify authorities. During the private beta we may act on shorter notice than we otherwise would, given the early state of the Service.

4. Reporting

To report abuse or a suspected violation of this policy, contact support@paraxis.space. To report a security vulnerability, contact security@paraxis.space.
