Pilot Program Terms

These terms apply to organizations and individuals admitted to the Paraxis Console pilot program, operated by Manyu Space Systems Pvt. Ltd. They supplement the Terms of Service. Where they conflict, these terms govern pilot participation.

1. What the pilot is

  • The pilot is an evaluation of a pre-release product. It is not a commercial service and no service level is promised.
  • Admission is by application and approval. Approval does not itself grant access; access begins when you accept your invitation and ends after the pilot period.
  • The standard pilot period is 90 days from activation, followed by a 30-day read-only period in which you can view and export your work but not create or run new analyses. Your administrator can see both dates in the workspace.
  • We may extend, renew, suspend or end a pilot at our discretion, and will tell you when we do.

2. Who may participate

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old. By applying you confirm this.
  • Participants apply as an individual, a student, a researcher, faculty, a startup or a space company. Academic participants receive a program surface and allowances sized for coursework and research.

3. Allowances

  • Each pilot program has allowances for missions, analysis runs, engine compute time, AI requests and exports. When an allowance is reached, the affected action is refused with a message that says so; your existing work stays available.
  • Allowances are not a purchase and carry no credit. We may change them during the pilot.

4. Engineering use

  • Analysis results are preliminary engineering outputs from models whose maturity and validation status are shown on each result and on the Model and Validation page. They are not a substitute for qualified engineering review and must not be the sole basis for a flight, safety or contractual decision.
  • You are responsible for verifying any result you rely on.

5. Data and confidentiality

  • Do not upload export-controlled, classified, or third-party confidential material. The pilot is not approved for controlled data.
  • Your mission data belongs to you. We access it to operate the service, to support you, and in aggregate to improve the product.
  • AI features send project content to a model provider only when you invoke them; an organization owner can turn project context off for AI features in workspace settings. See the AI Features and Customer Data Use notice.

6. Feedback

You may be asked for feedback. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

7. End of pilot

At the end of the pilot period your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, then access ends. Your data is retained for 90 days after access ends, during which you can request an export or deletion, after which it is deleted.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes require re-acceptance before further use, and the version you accepted is recorded.
