Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

PRIVATE BETA NOTICE. Paraxis Console is in an invite-only private beta. The Service is provided free of charge during the beta, without any service-level agreement or uptime guarantee. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Paid plans may be introduced later; we will give you notice before any charge applies to your account.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paraxis Console (the "Service"), operated by Manyu Space Systems Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in India (the "Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Private beta and eligibility

The Service is currently available by invitation only. Creating an account requires an invitation, and access is subject to administrator approval. During the beta the Service is free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will announce pricing in advance and no existing account will be charged without notice and an opportunity to decline.

Because this is a beta, we may limit, suspend, or withdraw access, change or remove features, and impose usage limits at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@paraxis.space if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials or transfer invitations without our consent.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all ownership rights in the mission, project, and engineering data you create or upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to residual copies in backups as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service itself — including its software, simulation engines, interfaces, and documentation — is owned by the Company or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it while these Terms are in effect.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

6. AI features

The Service includes optional AI features, such as a copilot assistant and document or report generation. When — and only when — you invoke an AI feature, relevant project content is sent to the configured model provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on deployment configuration). We do not use Customer Content to train models, and we do not authorize providers to train on it. Providers may retain API inputs briefly (approximately 30 days) for abuse monitoring.

AI outputs are suggestions and require review by a qualified engineer before use. AI-originated requirement changes go through an explicit review-and-apply step in the Service and are marked as AI-generated. See our AI Features and Customer Data Use page for details.

7. Engineering disclaimer

ENGINEERING DISCLAIMER. Paraxis outputs are simulation-based estimates intended to support engineering decisions. They do not replace independent verification, testing, qualification, or regulatory approval. The Company does not certify any design, analysis, or mission as flight-ready, and you remain solely responsible for the engineering decisions you make using the Service.

8. Export control

You must not upload, store, or process data subject to export-control restrictions — including, for example, ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data or data controlled under applicable Indian export law — unless you have independently verified that the Service and its hosting jurisdictions are authorized to receive such data. The beta Service is not designed for controlled technical data, and you are solely responsible for complying with export-control laws that apply to your content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that simulation results will be accurate or complete. During the beta, no service-level agreement applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data; and (b) the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — which, during the free beta, may be zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or — during the beta — at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; deletion of Customer Content is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 4 (to the extent of residual backup copies), 7, 9, 10, 13, and 14 survive termination.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify the Service at any time, particularly during the beta. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the location of the Company's registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence.
