Private Beta Notice and Known Limitations

Paraxis Console, operated by Manyu Space Systems Pvt. Ltd., is in an invite-only private beta. This page states plainly what that means for you.
1. What the beta is
- Access requires an invitation, and accounts are gated by administrator approval.
- The Service is free of charge during the beta. Paid plans may be introduced later; we will give notice before any charge applies to your account.
- The beta exists to mature the product with real users. Expect rough edges.
2. No SLA
There is no service-level agreement or uptime guarantee during the beta. The Service may be unavailable, degraded, or interrupted without notice. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via support@paraxis.space.
3. Features may change
Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, including changes that alter workflows you rely on. Where practicable we will give notice of disruptive changes, but during the beta we cannot promise backward compatibility.
4. Engineering disclaimer
ENGINEERING DISCLAIMER. Paraxis outputs are simulation-based estimates intended to support engineering decisions. They do not replace independent verification, testing, qualification, or regulatory approval. The Company does not certify any design, analysis, or mission as flight-ready. You remain solely responsible for the engineering decisions you make using the Service.
Treat all simulation results — orbit, power, thermal, ADCS, radiation, and others — as inputs to your own engineering process, not as substitutes for it.
5. Not for export-controlled data
The beta Service is not designed for controlled technical data. Do not upload data subject to export-control restrictions — for example ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data, or data controlled under applicable Indian export law — unless you have independently verified that the Service and its hosting jurisdictions are authorized. 6. AI features are suggestions
Optional AI features send relevant project content to the configured model provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) only when you invoke them. Outputs are suggestions requiring engineer review, and AI-originated requirement changes go through an explicit review-and-apply step and are marked as AI-generated. 7. Data and deletion during the beta
Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the us-central1 region (United States). You can delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone at any time; organization owners can delete organizations, which cascades project data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
