AI Features and Customer Data Use

This page explains how AI features in Paraxis Console handle your data. Paraxis Console is operated by Manyu Space Systems Pvt. Ltd. and is currently in an invite-only private beta.

1. What the AI features are

The Service offers optional AI features: a copilot assistant and AI-assisted document and report generation. They are tools you invoke explicitly — nothing is sent to an AI provider in the background.

2. When your data is sent to a model provider

When — and only when — you invoke an AI feature, the project content relevant to your request is sent to the configured model provider. Depending on deployment configuration, that provider is OpenAI and/or Anthropic. If you never invoke an AI feature, none of your content is sent to either provider.

3. No training on your content

  • We do not use your content to train models.
  • We do not authorize OpenAI or Anthropic to train on your content. Both providers' API terms default to not training on API inputs.

4. Provider retention

The model providers may retain API inputs briefly — approximately 30 days — for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted under the providers' policies.

5. Outputs require engineer review

AI outputs are suggestions, not conclusions. They require review by a qualified engineer before use. In particular, AI-originated requirement changes are never applied silently: they go through an explicit review-and-apply step in the Service and are marked as AI-generated, so you can always tell which changes originated from an AI feature.

AI outputs are also subject to the engineering disclaimer in our Terms of Service: they are simulation- and model-based aids that do not replace independent verification, testing, qualification, or regulatory approval.

6. Your choice

AI features are optional. Using the Service does not require them, and declining to use them does not limit the core engineering functionality of the Service.
